An Artist's Art

An artist's art; only this time, the art is the artist
He pours his soul into creating this art
That has the power to please
The eyes, souls and hearts of men

His sweat and blood mix with the paint and clay
And so, he toils day and...

Gone with the Wind

Don't look for me
In that very spot
Where you left me
for a short while

Don't search anymore
You won't find me there
For I've moved beyond
Where you let me fall

Don't shed a tear
For I've journeyed on
To a place you cannot see
Where...

Cheers and Deception

For a tiny moment
I was overwhelmed
by their thunderous cheers
Their warm arms that brought comfort

Shadows and Memories

Come with me, you said

Do you loathe these memories?
You say you don't
But then, I wonder

If you cherish them as you...

This piece provoked deep thoughts and inspired me as well. The subtle emphasis on collaboration has got me thinking on how beautiful it will be if we all come together to live life knowing that we have each others back. Such a beautiful and well articulated piece of art.

Are we now saying that we exist only to make people smile? What happens to us then? Do we not also deserve a smile as well or is our entire existence bounded to the very act of living just for others? I am puzzled

I totally resonate with your feelings. I must admit that man indeed is a very complex being. Sometimes I wonder how we manage to keep it all together even while spinning in a million rings of complexity. But then, this is the life we were given. None of us choose it so yes! Like you, I am puzzled as well.
