I was an idiot this weekend and accepted the offer to sing the star spangled banner, forgetting how nervous i get. Well guess what? i totally screwed it up. It was so embarrassing, i bombed. But i know who my friends are, afterward i was so afraid that they wouldn't talk to me, instead they made me laugh so hard i cried while the others went around talking about how the sound system at the stadium is so crappy. i guess in the long run it won't matter if i screwed up a song or if my friends talked to me afterward, but right now it's the small things that make me feel loved (= Thanks guys you're awesome

You must have quite a set of pipes to have been offered that honor. But it sounds like they gave you - 0 - time to prepare for the performance. If it disagreed with you make certain all videos are melted *wink* then treat those good friends to pizza. Razz
