Buy loads of your favourite alcohol and watch the worst daytime television you can find. Even the most positive and cheerful person will soon find some choice words to say about the lack of insipration, which should spurn some poetry or at least put things back in perspective. If that fails, then just read through some of my poems and have a good laugh.

hey, i have been practising your advice.. Lots of vodka and cigars. Still no poems however i am a drunk now and feels good. I have other problems needing attention though i am frightened to ask as your suggestions have been quite how can I say this without hurting you, hmmm yes fruitless.
