I was referred recently to the agreement one signs on becoming a user, which I had forgotten about since I joined in April 2009, and noticed that there are 2 alternatives which one can choose if one agrees to the terms - one for people who are "over or exactly 13 years of age" and another for people who are "under 13 years of age". As I understand it, there are at least a couple of members under 13. Perhaps this should be clarified. Mind you, if one takes the agreement literally, it would seem that it gets breached multiple times every day without any consequences ensuing.
