|
Lines 1-4--syllabically 2-4-6-8
lines 6-9 reverse 8-6-4-2
line five is a grande aside like a stage whisper.
Some pot
is what he said
so, does he want to share?
You get the stuff, I'll get the pipe.
Of course I was aware that all he truly wanted was to get laid.
We smoked and coughed it all, two bowls
hysterical laughter
chilled by champagne,
to bed.

I like this form..especially the middle, which is sort of like a soliloquy. And the other stanzas are similar to cinquains. Did you invent this form? What is it called?

I will get back to it. Robert Poddar invented it, and just gave it a name yesterday. His brother, Kushal, is my friend on facebook a poetry friend.

A conversant!
here is one by a friend:

the notes
followed my heart
up the winding staircase
collapsing on the bedroom floor
yoga is done correctly on a hard surface
sleep, now found deeper than before
swelling between curtains
cloth adjusting
