red handed
by media
standing over
dead victim
riddling facts
with holes
failing
to report
the second
crime
it did
impose.


What I am trying to capture here is the second crime.

I realize there is a third victim and you have not been written in. So how would you write the third victim in which is the public being reported to?

the media is not always sensationalistic in approach, there are of course many of such incidents that you speak about....
I think it is the public that can be swayed by half truths is swayed, not all, look at you, and look at the likes of us... there are many,
so the second and third are for those who don't get their facts straight, and the first thing to do is to be informed by a credible source, whether a tv channel or a newspaper or a website...

hmmm, i guess I will come back to the poem later, it reads fine to me as of now,
