Actually I removed it.

Coded a karma module. Integrated it into the forums. You can also change a person's Karma from their user profile page.

Added two new themes. Azul and Hardwired.

Removed a few obsololete themes that were very broken.

I have Karma working pretty well now. I think.

Karma is a way for a member to exalt (raise) or smite (lower) another member's Karma rating ... and, like karma, if you're a good contributer, and you help others, your Karma should go up, conversly if you're the poster child for stupidity, then your Karma should go down.

It is a way for members to self rate. There are mechanisms in place to prevent one or two people ganging up on another. There are ways for me to tell who is giving karma to who.

Sounds like a good idea re: sticky for the haiku. I'll see what I can come up with.

Buddy List completed - now with all topics of a buddy, all posts of a buddy., integrated into Your_Account and forums. If in your profile you set Show my online status to No, people who buddy you will not be able to tell when you last visited the site or when you are online. You will always appear at the bottom of their buddy list.

Added new theme calle "texty". I pretty much made this one myself...

It displays NO images at all, so the photo gallery won't even display anything.

I made it so I can view this site on my phone and it will be quick and slick. For those of you who like a slimmed down no nonesense theme, this one may be for you.

Karma

Submit an article to the main page, it gets published - your karma goes up by + 5.

Submit a Web Link, your karma goes up by + 2.

Submit a Download, your karma goes up by + 2.

Donate, your karma goes up by + 2. (Still testing this one.)

If your karma is greater than 35, you can help moderate the comments on the news / articles.

Your karma will go up and down based on how your comments are moderated. +1 and +3 for positive rated comments, -1 and -3 for negative rated comments. This still needs to be tweaked.

Added buddy list. Changed the layout. In the process of adding a guestbook.

Added a guestbook to the Your_Account page. Go to your account. Go to the bottom. If you have not created a poet_page then you will see a link to add one. Once you have a poet page you can then see your guestbook and see the entries on your profile page.

Did lots of behind the scenes stuff.

LiveJournal changes thier theme system. It really messed up the /LJ.html module. Tweaked it for now, will research and work on a solution.
