News in Poetry Poetry in Public deadline coming up Friday

Poetry News:

The deadline to submit entries for this year's Poetry in Public program is this Friday at 5 p.m. Poems must be turned in to City Hall at 410 E. Washington Street or e-mailed to marcia-bollinger@iowa-city.org. This is the 11th year of the program, which encourages poetry writing by all age groups and all levels of writing experience.
