you can only win POM once every three months (so in other words, you can't win POM back to back). If you so choose...you can still compete, but if it turns out that a past winner and non past winner are left head to head, the winner will automatically go to the non winner. IF HOWEVER two previous winners are head to head and they're both winners within the past 3 months, the regular rules would apply to the winner.

Apart from having a page done for the Winner, he/she will be given award icons which will be placed by their rank. It can be viewed each time they post in a GotPoetry forum.

The Winner also earns the privilege of being a member in our exclusive Winner's Circle Club and will be offered the opportunity to become an official GP judge for future contests.
