Poem

Tango Dancer’s Dream

Hand rests coolly on the small
of your back. Guides you
across the floor
of my dreams.

Cheek near to mine,
seashell ear hears silence
in the swirls of silk
and Cuban heels.

Pampas music, dark cloth
slit to the hip asks
in thigh’s slide,
how moist?

Face now turned,
upper lip damp
from intent,

as hips grind into
ecstasy.
