Her Revenant Eyes

by LestatDeLioncourt

She lay there motionless son the floor, staring at the blood from what was done,

The fluid weeping from her to chastise her for what she wagered to lose

And she wallowed there for many long moments without saying a thing,

Just staring at the floor and at her hands and at the carpet of her home.

She remembered her father coming home and staring at her,

But she did not remember when it was that his hand came up

And held her down as he tore at her,

Reaching for what should not be his, to take and keep as his own

The flesh of his daughter and the chastity she fought for.

Something must have snapped in him

To cause him the disrepair

To tempt his visage to recoil and reveal the face he choked down for many years.

He penetrated her womb and left her impregnated,

Just a girl of fourteen with no more mother to protect her;

The mother that she ran away from for sleeping with another man

Would have been the savior to draw her out of her father’s hands.

She wept and kicked but he would not stop his copulation,

Going harder as she screamed for him to stop and spare her more

But he would not let go

And she would not be listened to;

She was his

To do as he pleased.

She just went limp and cried as her father defiled

The sanctity of his daughter and left her in ruins,

The torching of her body and deconstruction of her beauty.

She bled for what felt like seven days

And stayed there on the floor of her home where she had lost her life

To the lascivious gaze of her bestial father figure,

Tearing into her body with the fire of an angry god.

She just stared at the blood

And stared at her hands

And in the end, she did not do a thing to stop him.

She blamed herself for everything and wept for many days,

But his abuse would not cease and her rage only was increasing

As each day, he fought her harder and harder,

Spoke dirtier and dirtier to her,

His daughter,

Consuming the innocence she had as an aphrodisiac ambrosia.

To him, she was Daddy’s little whore and the words stung her so,

But she could not do a thing to stop him from what he did.

She was too weak and reminded herself constantly of it all,

Every day,

Every time he fucked her and brought a little closer to breaking completely.

Her body was nothing and she was motionless all the time.
