Petrified by jacebre
I want to screech and shriek
But I don’t dare to.
Give me an analogy, I will warn you
How nightmares are not dreams
It’s a future truth
You’re treading in shallow waters
Your shark will come soon.
Trees and ropes in your night air,
But at night these demons, they never fight fair
Relieving inhumane screams you’re not supposed to hear
Becoming dormant and sly
It’s not just darkness there
Don’t be afraid of your roof
Or your closet dear
Incriminate your own kind it’s just humans here. |
