Reborn

Many of us have said, "I wish I could just start this life over." Another group of us believe in reincarnation or an after-life. Then there are a select few who actually get to live two lives without ever dying.

We all have our problems and sometimes those problems bring us to a point in our lives when death would be a welcome happenstance. Many of us weren't that lucky. We had to live out our hell on this earth and be aware of every single haunting moment of it.

But then something happens....

We reach that point...

We have what's called a spiritual awakening and during that fleeting moment we gain a clarity of thought and all becomes clear. We become willing and realize that there may be another way and start seeking that way no matter what

That's when we are reborn...

As I write this I think of the recent moments in my own life that have allowed me to be reborn. The will of my higher power was stronger than mine and all those around me and I was not allowed to die. I was forced to go through my own pain in order to learn some life lessons that have restored a little bit of my sanity and set me back on the path that I want to be on.

Now I am free to start anew. Create a new life for myself once again without ever having to die. To live and experience a whole new set of actions and emotions and still retain the lessons that I had learned in my past life.

And now...

My life is NEW!!!

Pay close attention to the fact that I DID NOT say that life is great because life is what life is and things come along each and every day that test me, push me, and try to bring me down. But there are a few major differences now.

1) Today I have a choice.
2) I feel thousands of times better than I did before.
3) I know that this too shall pass.

REMEMBER MY WORDS AND SHARE IN MY EXPERIENCE. When you reach the end of your road seek your new life and pray to your higher power to guide you in that new life. It has to be better than the past.
