Poems - woof....woof...woof....and stuff

woof....woof...woof....and stuff

" betty came by on her way. said she had a word to say. about things today. and fallen leaves. said she hadn't heard the news. hadn't had the time to choose. a way to lose....but she believes " - river man - nick drake.

like a meandering stream under a distant star
maybe we wandered too far
or didn't journey enough
we are soft...who once thought we were tough

many questions still left to be answered, and many more to be asked
when the birds fall from the sky, and we have to ask ourselves why?
did we lie, or really greenly, forestly, extinctly, tigerishly try
when all from our vision is masked

are we the golden creatures from egypt with all our meant to be's
or as douglas adams thought, maybe we should have never left the sea's
or came down from the tree's
to build our bombs and cross's and cities

yesterday i heard a lot of gobbledegook and crafty shenanigans stuff
today i heard a lot of sense from an animal that goes woof..woof..woof.
