Waiting

The morning is gray.
What do I do?
There is no sun out there
when I wait for you.

Take no long,
multicolor butterfly,
that the anxiety and hope of seeing you
make me die.

I travel along your body,
and meanders in your soul,
look at myself in your eyes
that protect me from the cold.

I imagine that you are already here,
I imagine being able
to reach out to you,
to hold your hand across the table.

Inside me, we ran together,
through the woods,
along winding roads
for as long as we could.

We swam and played,
like children a game,
the magpies watched,
and the world we claimed.

The rollercoaster of your thighs
makes me dizzy
as I enjoy the ride,
and love becomes easy.

You and I we melt
in the vortex of your being,
and deep inside me,
I flow back to the beginning.

Take no long,
it is cold out there without you,
lonely, unprotected,
I pierce the hours through.
