Thoughts, emotions on mortality
Pale in the abyss of the reality
of my love for you
Mortality-Reality
In truth I will long for you
Eternally
You have left me untouched
but for the ache that comes from no wound
For you could not bother
to even break my heart

Thanks Get8More---I believe great love comes out of the unrequited state. God suffers from unrequited love and he makes the very best of it.

Thanks Deepali. I have started a new job that is more demanding of my time as well of suffering from unrequited love. I have not been doing much posting or commenting---the unbearable lightness of poetry weighing on me. I truly appreciate the read and time. kb
