Around it goes
and then it rests,
the valiant washing machine,
like laborers
who climb the hills
and stop to rest between.
And when it's done
and stops for good,
the clothes within are clean,
this stop and start,
exert/relax
Italian washing machine.

Tasha, I do believe that the washing machine is the best invention ever!!! I realised that when my daughter was about 4 and I didn't have one for about 5 months.... Great write!
