TO MR. CHARLES

If all the pens that caress the poets hand
Had fed the feelings of their masters' touch
And every sweetness that inspired their hearts
Their minds, and muses on admired themes
If all the heavenly quintessence they still
From their immortal flowers of poesy
Wherein as a mirror, we perceive
The highest reaches of a human wit
If these had made one poem's period
And all combined in beauty's worthiness
Yet should there hover in their restless heads
One thought, one grace, one wonder, at least
Which into words no virtue no digest.

This is not my work it was coped
But I thought it fit Mr. Charles
So I dedicate this beautiful poem to you.

YES! This captures Mr. Charles very well. He is a wonderful poet, every poem by his hand moves and touches your soul. Wonderful and faithful friend as well. I am sure that this will move his heart for sure. You are a awesome friend to both of us. Luv ya mooches. Very Happy
