I know I shouldn't moan Jack but I do it every year and when summer comes I moan about the heat as well - sun's smiling outside but my heat pump's on already... Hugsss...Phoebe

I don't know if this is your season right now but I want it. It was 105 degrees yesterday. I hate summer. Love winter. I dream of the shivering. Lol

How about I fly over with a blankie and we share a bowl of ice cream. Lol.
I'm not crazy dear Phoebe. Its easier to be cold and just warm up than to be hot hot hot and wait til about 2 in the morning to get cool.

I could handle a little bit of that "icy grip" right about now. We are being hit with lots of pretty violent thunderstorms the last week or so. Temps near 98/99 and heat index in the 3 digits - plus LOTS of humidity - ugh - summer has arrived in Virginia with a vengence. Yours actually sounds like a wonderful change of pace. Love your choice of words here - so descriptive in capturing winter's chill.

G'day Phoebe...
Please stop shooing it across the ditch. We even took a few days in Mildura to save us..it didn't work. The weather was colder up there.
