Natures love.

As I gaze in to the star lit sky,
I think of you and the twinkle in your eye.
The clouds of the day are distant, full and grey,
To hold you in my arms. This is what I pray.
I dream of a stream flowing free, the water so clear
The wind through the trees is your voice i can hear.
As the rain starts to fall, dripping like tears down my face
What I miss most is your touch, your love and your grace.
The moon is a little shy. Not completely in view
Still it shines through the night...
Like my love for you.

My favorite part of this poem is the last two lines. They really take my breathe away and bring me to this place where I dont feel alone.

Appealing in its imagery and tender sentiment. Nice work.

At the end of L4, I presume "prey" should read "pray".
