Never Give Up by H.H. The XIV Dalai Lama

Never give up -
no matter what is going on;
develop the heart.

Too much energy in your country
is spent on developing the mind
instead of the heart.

Develop the heart.

Be compassionate
not just to your friends,
but to everyone.

Be compassionate;
work for peace
in your heart and in the world.

And I say again:
never give up,
no matter what is happening,
no matter what is going on around you.

Never give up.

Grann , thank you for sharing this poem , someone i greatly admire and respect said the same to me and i am so glad his words are but being reinforced by what the Holy Dalai Lama says .

    i needed a post for a category i can't post in because I'm neither dead nor famous...your rating suggests that i did well...Very Happy thanks sweetie, i love this one too...it actually has helped me not to give up on many instances!
