~TONIGHT~

Tonight, she needed him,
Not as a lover, but as a friend.
He sensed the sadness in her heart
And a shoulder to cry on, he did lend.

She felt the tender love
That he showered upon her tonight.
And with an even more tender heart
He made the darkness seem bright.

But, be aware, he said to her
We will play when the time is right.
But now, the love is tender and from the heart,
Cause that’s what you need tonight.

I will delight in your nakedness,
But not be your lover tonight.
Soon our bodies will again be one,
When once more, your heart is light.

All through the night, he said to her,
I will be with you.
Love and kisses, my Little Lady,
And may you sleep well too.
