Where it is I am alone in my shell,
Trying to get through a life that tumbles through.
I love you all and you're all so kind,
What is it I can do to really thank you all?
Tell you what you've done and how I feel,
Whenever I'm alone I know who's there for me.
Carnos came along out of nowhere into my heart;
A delightful friend although so far apart.
Never would I thought to have found someone like me,
But wishing so strong that it's him I could be.
Omegapaf always there to make me laugh,
When I thought all was lost, everything can be found.
A scarf not yet arrived overseas will keep him warm,
Like the mark he's left on me with his kindness and truth.
Bogeyman a surprise with some kindhearted words
That I'll never forget with each day I live,
Knowing there's someone there and someone to share
All the hard times with the good knowing we're not alone.
And to Dopio, the kindest friend, so interesting
And full of compassion in a way not unlike the Buddha,
With the softest side of smile entering my troubled soul.
I wish that all wasn't so hard, as I try to run through
This thing that we all call LIFE as fast as I can.
Without you I do not think I could relax;
Without you I think I would always panic.
Thanks to all; to those I've also missed,
My terrible memory in a rut but I forget you not.
Thanks to you, to those who care enough to share,
For keeping me sane and keeping me bright,
Keeping me so safe throughout the night.
Without a friend there would be no tomorrow,
It would be another day in this lonely, lonely world,
It's always great to be able to rely on someones smile,
And finally replace it with one of your own.
I love you all.

Stef, thank you so much! I am seldom speeches, but this is how I felt for few minutes after reading this. I am touched and honored and feel warm inside knowing there are people like you in this world. GP blessed me with great friends indeed.
