REPUBLIC DAY

I've a lofty notion,
As my forefathers,
I want to devote myself
for my beloved Nation !

Today is the republic day
Everybody celebrates it
as per one's own way !

Ours is a matured democracy
We indulge in our freedom
without any audacity !

On this auspicious day
Let me pray the Almighty
to bring all the happiness
And utmost prosperity to my country
And in this whole world
Let INDIA be the booze word !

    Thank you very much my dear friend Melly,Every political system has its own draw-backs as we say every light has its shadow !Life is a mixture of good and bad things. For practical purposes we celebrate this day as a token of Democracy though every one is not that privileged ! Melly, men are born free but every where in chains. And so far the booze word is concerned I used it to demonstrate extreme happiness ! You can realize our true democracy if you see the movie Slumdog...Dr.anant
