My Dream

You can count the stairs to Heaven-
Equate how many prayers you'll need-
Yes those pesky sins, need defining before we're free.
You can purchase your shortcut to reach the Sky
a trampoline with an amazing bounce.
Gravity is the implemented patience of God
warning us to think before we pounce.
The substance of our allotted hours
is the fabric of the soul.
When we leave the ground for good
Judgement time will leave us whole.
