Dysphagia

I cannot breathe
As I hear your words,
HOW DARE YOU

Why do you tell me you love me,
When you did not mean it before
Why now are you feeding me this
BULLSHIT
That I am unable to swallow.

You stick in my throat like putty
And you won't go down,
I only choke on these things
That do not make any sense
AND I CANT FOLLOW

You like sheep herding
One way or the other
Into the field
Where you destroyed my dreams
JUST STAY AWAY
And stay away from us

Because I want you gone,
I want this over but you cant seem
TO INGEST
These decisions and the things that need
To happen - between us.
Just take it all in,

And don't forget to swallow
Or you may be plagued with this
SITUATION
Stuck to your wings so you cannot
Fly away and be free
Where it is that I want to be

So just try.
And give me something to drink,
So I can breathe again
As I hear your words.

love the lines " you stick in my throat like putty ", and " you like sheep herding " - break free steffie. he had his chance, and made many mistakes.... too many - oxygen supply - paul.
