Poems - The Angel and the Zbird

The Angel and the Zbird

The angel Melly and the zbird
Put their silly heads together
Ever wonder what would happen
if the halo touched a feather?

Ah! Yes they are a different pair,
not at all alike you see
but one thing in common
showed this friendship was meant to be.

The stagnant slams did frustrate
each of them until they felt the need
to fill them before too many accumulate!
Together they plant the seed..

So watch when PM’s come your way,
please join this slam or this one,
They come at you night and day!
They just want you to have some fun.

and get every slam filled up,
on the running side of the board,
So when you get one just say yup!
my poems I won’t hoard,.

on GP the slams I will become a part,
and thank them for the karma they
so freely give from the heart.
Now let’s get the slams on the way!

i love the first stanza 4th line
awesome
and i welcome the pms
from my buddies
i even try to join
them half the time when i can
so i will 10 this and give it a heart

Oh Bonnie you are toooo funny... I think I found a feather in my halo and I thought I was promoted to chief Angel.. Ha!!
Girl you will do anything to get slams started.. Even writing a poem for them.. Giggle .. .. Now you have to plant this one in a slam so they will all see it and join.. Hugs Melly (chief Angel)
