Trapped

i can feel my heavy heart beat and bleed
these emotions kick and scream
my brains go splat all over my room
is it finally over?
no its never through
i can feel my breathe tightening
and my vision becomes so distorted
i can't see anything but visions of ghosts
visions of you i cherish the most

my fingers are cold and my soul hurts
i feel like a rat in a cage
locked away, throw away the key
i can feel the warm path trail down my neck
the smooth cut of a blade
will i ever escape, or will i be forced to stay
and deal with my fate
