Remembering

whoever is this radiant Star,
this Splendor’s fire
who comforts us within
Her infinite arms,
and dances you and me from far,
our beloved golden glow
whose heart we’ve always been
and always will be,

whenever I can touch you and
whenever you touch me
then we know
this is She
whom we remember we
most truly are.
