yes and they do. read my poem The Vigil, it's about helping a man out of the world. He held my hand til he passed and I knew he was aware of his children.

Janet, what can I say? This piece moved me to tears. Knowing your day-to-day struggle, I have a greater appreciation for the good days in my life, and they will not be taken for granted. Thank you for sharing with us. I wish you peace and wellness my friend.
