Confussion

What is this feeling i feel deep within,
For me to describe it, where would i begin....
Almost confusion, almost despair
i need to understand it, so i can prepare....
I wake up in the morning, an dont know what to think
Too much happens I dont have time to blink
I need to escape, stop my life passing by
For me to be who I am I shouldnt have to try
Follow through my wishes, be true to myself
Living live for others is no good for your health
As the day goes on I reflect so so much
Dwell on the past, with the future i lose touch
Ill deal with it tomorrow is the path I chose to take
It'll never get dealt with that is my mistake
But Ill hold my head up and force a great big smile
Pretend everything is perfect, am great with denial
