I hope you don't mind me posting my
poem having read your stirring poem "faith"
which deserves a 10 and a heart.

My poem is called Amen.

Amen

Deep in your coma
God reaches for you 
Helps and heals you
Stills your mind 
Gives your heart 
the peace it truly deserves
My friends, 
cry all the tears
Rest your fears 
Put away the spiders and 
tigers and enter the peace space
You won't regret.

My friends, your life has been hard
Be sure you've been tested
You're tired, where is peace?

I speak of the underneath 
Wake your soul 
like a baby wakes for love
God will bequeath
God will bequeath 

Let us pray
 
"Dear God
Help me heal 
Be kind to others
Eat and sleep well
Remember the poor 
Give charity often 
Tell your loved one 
that you love them,
Saying "I love you"
Repent your mistakes 
Live the distance 
and learn to love it too
My friends, be well
God is there for you
Sit still, meditate in prayer
It'll only take a minute
Yet the rewards are magnificent 
Don't forget to give charity in 
every box you see, every dime helps
As you help others 
You will help yourself 
Bear the pain
Living in peace
Amen"
