Surrond me with our memories
Cage me within these invisible
boundaries.

Look back,
or forward
Press play

and see me escape
through your mind
Foot steps.. the soundtrack to us

Misbehaving beneath stars
Moonlight in your hair
Between sheets
Of paper, I disappear
Ready to jump
out at you
As you turn the page

But before I can
you disengage
me
music
melody.
