A conclusion

Caught in the glimpse of the morning sun
My eyes drinking the light shining off the spectrum
Spectrum of particle. Is the particle evident?
Swimming in this sea of the lost and forgotten
I feel their pain
Drifting away in the lagging light of the moon
My soul is fading and I am consumed
Forever a sparkle in my eye
Is it the innocence lost over time?
Battered in the servile existence
I breath
I close my eyes and sink down into the depths
of this manifested horror
I can't wake up, this isn't a dream anymore
Kicking and screaming at the feet of fear
Gasping for life, terrified of this nonexistent future
Twisting, contorted until my bodies breaking point
Caught at the bottom with no life preserver
I think I will stay here awhile
Drifting away into the dark in my head
