i could sense the anger as i read this poem

it's hard when you are feeling a way that no one truly understands but you and no one really wants to be bothered with your feelings

thanks for opening your mind to this..i wanted this to be more about having issues, than the issues themselves..i don't pretend to understand every situation every person goes through..take care friend

i never suffered from depression myself, my wife's a bit bipolar at times. i often wonder where do emotions come from, some mornings i wake up in good mood and in others in bad mood. i dont know, just hang in there mate. have you tried meditation?
