Providence

I see the rains are falling
I reach for the sky
Above the falling rain.
There I see a hand
From a barrel make sprinkle
The hand of God.

When the winds blow across
I see lips emerge from the seas
Blowing and speaking to the trees
Across the lands.
At times lifting sweet music from the leaves
Another refashioning by making old leaves fall.

When I see the sunrise
I see God open another door
To yet other new opportunities........
Where man to man we must each other serve
For in God's heart and thoughts
We are forever remembered.

When the night approaches
We must rest
Retiring to God given slumber.
In dreams and wishes we refresh our souls......
Hoping for another tomorrow
When yet again another door will open.
