The world vs me

I feel like the world takes my heart for granted.
Like I'm everyone's dog to kick.
I feel like the world tries too hard to change me.
To tame the wild and free,
To break the kindness in me.
People I have trusted have again and again placed their knife in my back.
Constantly I choose to love even when under attack.
I carry oceans of love,
Oceans of kindness beneath my skin.
You can float in it.
Forever at peace because the me in me knows
What it's like to burn and wither in the deserts of anger and hate.
I dont want to give the world that.
But when I see it is your knife in my back remember i allow you to float in my peace, it is an ocean,
there are sharks beneath.
I keep you safe from the broken pieces in me.
I will drowned you in the deep.
I can leave you alone.
Completely without my peace.
My scilence speaks volumes.
And broken pieces like broken people are sharp and both can cut.
I choose to cut you off.
No more of your shit will I take.
The old me would be proud.
Like a doormat she laid down.
One day she had enough.
I am she.
You only get one chance.
My love can heal the world,
Its absence will leave you drowned.
Breathless.
My ocean will drowned you.
My broken will eat you alive.
I can live without you
But can you live without the safe haven of my peace?
We will find out when you drown alone in the deep.
