DEMENTED

Atop the margin of conscience,
I sit and marvel, as i stare at the ranting silence of the gavel.
Does the slain get justice for their flesh?
Is the dumb aware that silence is consent?
When will the status make way for the bench?

The fence nurtures the folks against the foes,
The same fetters the ease to abscond a blazing fire,
Do you see the heat on ice?
Life is a circus.

The sky seems so tight,
Dark times ignores daylight,
The end elopes sight, as peace makers embrace fight.
Would the wind fly its own kite?
I ponder in fright.
