The Journey

Walking on the yellow road, it takes me up and down,
Still I walk the road with nobody around,
Different perspectives come to me every day
As the people talk and talk, yet they are so far away,
Do you really know what it's like to feel?
To get a hold of something or somebody that has to be real
I still hear there voices yet they do not appear in my sight
Nameless voices coming from every direction, yet I hear them only when I don't feel they're right
It is certainly a bizarre sense to feel the emotion of love
Always coming when you least expect it
To take you to another level above
Then there comes the time when I struggle to see what lies before me
And my heart cries a river, that soon becomes the sea
Again I  I think when will this end
But inside me I know she waits for me as once again, I ascend
