The love we have for eachother

Nicholas Reta 1983 (Oklahoma)

The love we have for each other

In the quiet of dawn, our love unfurls,
A tapestry woven with threads of stardust.
Across the vast expanse of time and space,
Our souls entwined, an eternal trust.

Your laughter, a melody that dances on air,
Echoes of joy that ripple through my veins.
In your eyes, I find constellations of wonder,
Each glance a universe where love remains.

We are the poets of whispered secrets,
The architects of dreams spun from moonlight.
Our love, a sanctuary in the chaos of days,
Where shadows retreat, and hearts take flight.

Hand in hand, we wander through seasons,
Autumn leaves cradling our whispered vows.
Winter's chill cannot extinguish our fire,
For love, like embers, forever endows.

And when the storms rage, and thunder roars,
We seek refuge in the harbor of each other.
Your touch, a lighthouse guiding me home,
Our love, an infinite ocean without a shore.

So let the stars bear witness to our story,
As we write constellations across the night.
For in this cosmic dance, forever entwined,
Our love blazes bright, an eternal light.
