Analysis of I Will Go The Distance
Shawn Dowell 1980 (Taledo, Oh)
You're an angel, sent from above.
I will go the distance, for you my love.
I will swim across oceans, rivers and seas. I will walk over mountains, through valleys and trees.
I will go to my death, just to keep you from harm, and if you shead a tear, I will lend you an arm.
I will lift you up high, for the world to see, and declare my love, while down on one knee.
And when your backs to the wall, and push comes to shove. I will go the distance, for you my love.
