Analysis of Love Song

I wish i could write a love song.
If only i knew the notes
A harmony for you, so strong.
Love in every lyric i wrote

If i could reach a chord from heaven,
Just one is all i need.
And if by chance i  could find the rhythm
Everything would be on key

If i just had a voice sufficient to proclaim
I can imagine what it would be like to sing.
My voice to give my heart’s refrain
My love announced by every string.

But the music stays out if my reach
So i only have these words
I can never touch the song beneath
There’s a chorus never heard

So i hope these letters can carry the song
That my heart wants to sing
I pray my words express how i’ve loved you so long
My silent love song is all i can bring
