Analysis of LOSS
The tragic loss of my daughter Bonnie
that too a year ago in July Twenty Twenty
still feels so raw
and an unimaginable blow
to my soul and a deeper hollow.
The pain and hurt consumes me
all day long and night,
from this cauldron of emotions
I get no mercy, no respite.
An Eternal flame of love
burns in my heart for her.
Longing for loving gestures,
pining for her all embracing hugs
tightly
can almost hear her tender calls
‘Daddy ‘
but she was always gloomy with her
forlorn good-byes
as if it’s for good and ever.
Bolt from the heavens, and
the lightning may
revive my old heart in decay,
or if Providence casts a benign spell on me ,
and if I am lucky,
bring a storming end to my misery.
An Eternal flame of love burns
in my heart for my daughter
beyond an eternity it will linger
my pining from a broken heart
will never fade for her.
