Analysis of Peace Of Mind
Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)
To earn peace of mind.
Knowing it to have had not been given.
Is something no one can describe.
Or depict in pictures to explain.
To earn peace of mind,
After a lifetime that seems...
Challenged by one obstacle,
Followed by others more troublesome.
With a noticing them gone.
And one has moved on from them?
That to know it earned and not given?
Is a peace of mind,
Not to borrow or owe anyone for it.
Or the creating to make up excuses either!
