Analysis of Never

Lacey holleman 1992 (Shreveport)

Depressed never understood
Broken never Fixed
Giving never receiving
Pain never dies
Shattered heart never repaired
Loving never heartless
Cuts never deep enough
Used never wanted
Screams never heard
Caring never careless
Questions never answers
Lies never honesty
Alone never scared
Confused never understanding
Addiction never easy
High never sober
Distant never close
Tears never stop
Lost never found
In love never loved
Nightmares never dreams
Feelings never fade
Regrets never go away
Sadness never happiness
Promises never kept
Worse never better
Darkness never light
Weak never strong
Being me will never be good enough
