Analysis of As We Were

Nothing to experience it lived,
Returns back to explore...
That feeling first adventures.
With a doing that ignites,
The same curious excitement.
To a before where it was.
Attracting our attention.

From a bud to bloom,
With time given to us to grow.
More of life continues,
This learning journey.
Under each dawning Sun.
And different phases of the Moon to pass.
We all assume and take for granted,
What we observe to witness...
Stays as is to forever last.

Yet...
Subtle are everyday changes made.
Until we awaken to acknowledge,
Our youthful days have begun to age.
And somehow time from us,
Has swiftly faded away.
To only then we begin to admit,
This experience of life...
Is to no one a permanent visit.
And immortal we are not.
Nor do we remain unchanged to stay,
As we were to live our lives that way.

Regardless,
Who attempts and tries to prevent...
What God does to choose and proves,
Done to do...
To show and make it known,
Not a creature created that inhabits...
The Earth.
Can or will ever manipulate,
A power to imitate to assume to believe...
Thee Almighty God,
Is humored by the pretensions...
Of unconscious deluded fools!
Doing their best,
To defend and protect...
A masquerading to charade themselves,
As images of gods.
Seeking to be worshipped.
And followed to have their ignorance,
Admired and adored!
