Analysis of Oxymorons

Sharply dull.
With a brilliant ability,
To bore.
Making a napper snore.
Doing it done to take a bed mate,
Awakened from a deep sleep.
Pushed to limits of using a pillow.
For the purpose to smother...

'Uh...what are you doing with that pillow,
Above my head?
What time is it?'

'I just wanted you to sleep more comfortably.'

'How more comfortably?'

And yet,
These diverse and opposing...
Oxymorons.
Have been thoughtfully hoping with it wished,
To come together and correct...
The differences between them.
With a doing to keep,
Respect kept and enough distance left...
Shown to make known,
That even together...
Oxymorons can prove,
No loss in identity...
Do they expect or intend to experience.

'Baby?
I appreciate your desire to have me sleep,
Peacefully.
However...
With you standing on the floor over me,
Holding the pillow above your head.
Leaves me feeling suspicious,
Of your real intention.
Your look of both surprise and shock,
Leaves me wondering what I've got...
You want that much to take without,
Asking for it.'

'Honey?
If a tree should fall in the forest.
Would the noise upset,
Leaves on other trees wanting to get...
A night of peaceful sleep?
Or would they attempt to be proactive?
Without waiting for that tree to fall.
Not to know when it will happen.
And take it upon themselves,
To use an alternate and quiet method.'

'There are times your love to express it,
Comes close to taking my breath away.
So deep is your love.
You look tired.
As if you are in need of getting more sleep.
Come and lay down.
Let's get that needed rest together.'
