Analysis of Sweet mother

Poem titled- Sweet mother

Whose tender arms
I have received the world
Your womb a spring of joy and merriment;
A matrix of stars and visionaries.

You nurse me with your breast milk
And nurture me with  your motherly care
Resonate to make me carry the weight of the world;

You saddle me in your back like the cub
On the lioness back  to scare the beast of the field.
In the veil of the stillness night
At the sound of my  wailing sob
Your eyes floated with charming passion
With  lullaby of songs induced
To make me have drowse of dreamy passion.

Your admonition at the dew of the dawn
Is like mold set in golden antique
To shape me for the future;
It gaurds me to select the chaffs from the straws;
It gaurds me  to differentiate the rooster and the hen.

Through your toils
At the ocean ravages with wild creatures
You inspired  me to know the path of diligence
Which transformed me with golden flags
To dine with Kings and Queens.

In solemn supplication your hands raised
To heaven:
"the evil of this world shall not befall you my child"
I responded with eyes aswim with ignorance
But which I now acknowledge as the slings that shatters
My darkness to thousand lights of the sun
To  the  winds that shake the sail.

There is a solemn saying by our elders:
'The womb that beget a child speaks much
About the wherewithal of a child future.'

About this poem

I wrote this poem to symbolizes the love of my mother to me as well as others who had actually enjoyed the same as me. Motherly care is sacrosanct to all children. There is a saying that goes that a child who grew up under the care of a good mother is likely to be diligence, humble and inspire for a greater future. I therefore encourage all mothers to take good care of their children as well as avoid profanity.
