Analysis of Violence and crime

Have you seen the news?
 Have you read the reviews?
Crime has made a huge impact on childrens’ psychological development
Those who feel unsafe at school perform worse academically
Some are even involved in drug use and delinquency
 Have you seen the news?
 Have you read the reviews?
 Crime has made children fearful
 impeding their learning and compromises
their ability to the benefit from educational opportunities

Have you seen the news?
 Have you read the reviews?
 Violence needs to stop
 It is a cognitive distraction
The impact of crime and violence on children has become a disruption
A nightmare; and to a child's education an obstruction

Crime and violence is causing distress
If it goes on the distress might be hard to repress
