Analysis of Saving Sanity
Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)
Saving sanity.
Although close to go.
Yet,
Still not too late...
From having what is left of it,
Protected and safe.
By staying awake.
Suggestion.
No need to rehearse or practice.
Try this...
At the moment you feel,
Your reality as is has begun to give away...
For craze to accept?
Scream!
That's right.
Taking the pressure off your consciousness.
Then slowly breathe.
Feeling the relief of it.
And...
If the doing of this is not noticed?
Kept to keep to observe in your mind,
That what you have done to do intentionally?
Others around you,
Act as if this is a normal activity.
Not to suspect or detect,
You are saving your sanity...
Safe from their madness.
A madness they have been made to accept?
Congratulations.
Don't fight the feeling.
Let it out and scream.
Know what you do has a purpose!
